Japanese sake is for Japanese cuisine, is what you've been thinking. You should visit CLOUD at least once, where you'll be served sake with Italian food. CLOUD, run by Mr. and Mrs. Kujiraoka, is regular service at lunchtime, but reservation-only at night. So that customers can drink away from the eyes of others, it is deliberately reservation-only, serving food not from a menu, but instead serving courses tailored to the customers. Generally it is an Italian restaurant, but at night the courses depend on customers' ages and requests. For example, if a customer says they would like nabe hotpot, Kujiraoka includes it in the course, adjusting the course as possible to meet the desires of each customer. For people who insist that Japanese sake needs Japanese food, if you make a request they can serve it in the dinner course. Both lunchtime and dinnertime styles each have their unique appeal, so this is a well-known store you should visit at least twice.
Including the course-only limited items stocked by the storekeeper, there are over 10 types of sake. Gladly, there is also high-quality sake available so that you can avoid a hangover. Any of the foods adjusted to customers' needs is delicious, but for the Winter course, the most popular food is "motsu nabe" (innards stew).
In addition, for the lunch menu we recommend the shrimp cream pasta, which is full of the savory flavor of shrimp. With wonderfully chewy shrimp on top, this is a special dish to enjoy.
