- Most rental car shops have their own website where you can book online. Reservations are also available at counter, but we recommend booking online to save your time. Please note that some shops require online bookings.
- ②We recommend customers to rent ETC card.
- In Japan, most highways introduce ETC systems, ETC card will enable you to pass the highway toll gates without stopping, and all bill will be automatically recorded. ETC cards are available at rental car shops so we recommend renting it when you rent a car.
- ③Have a mobile battery with you when using Google map.
- Most cars in Japan have navigations, but if you want to use your own mobile phone to search on Google map, bring a battery to keep your phone always charged.
