How to use taxi

Select your starting location and destination. The taxi fee will show up.

Read all the notes and make sure to complete your reservation 12 hr. before use.

You will receive an email.

The taxi will come on time at where you set as your starting location.

Please check weather the taxi you’re pretending to ride is the fixed taxi you reserved.

You have to pay the fare only by CASH when you get off the taxi.

If you answer the online questionnaire after use the fixed taxi, you could get a 2,000 yen Starbucks gift card for the first 100 people only.

Notes
- This service is only available for Foreign Tourist. Japanese cannot use this service.
- Make sure to complete your reservation 12 hour before using taxi.
- Maximum capacity for one taxi is 4people.
- Creditcards are not available for payment.
- Luggage should be smaller than W160cm, D60cm, H40cm.
- If you want to drop by other places using a taxi, additional fee will be charged.
- Inquiries are available at 9：00-18：00 JPT
- If customers do not show up 15 min. after their reservation time, the service will be canceld automatically.
- You can pay the fare only by CASH.
