They are doing this festival in all of the seasons.

In spring they have over 800 carp banners that are displayed over the Shiroishi river, in summer they are displayed over the roads during tanabata, in autumn they have the shinsoba festival and in winter they have the traditional daybreak festival where you can eat dango.
