Kamafusa dam in the Miyagi Prefecture, Kawasaki, spreads over Ono and Hasekura, the goal of this dam, which was made for the class A river, Goishi River, is flood control, irrigation, hydroelectricity, waterworks, and water provision. It is a versatile and multipurpose dam, it also makes 1,200kw of electrical energy for Tohoku.
